Labor risk authority. Administrative act 2025/41
According to Resolution 41/2025 Workers’ Compensation Insurers (ARTs), self-insured employers, and non-insured employers in jurisdictions adhering to Law 27,348 may file a settlement procedure with workers in order to grant an economic compensation, and ask for authority approval of the agreement, in case of illnesses or disabilities which are not listed for economic compensation under law 24.557 which governs over work-related accidents and illnesses in Argentina.
This kind of agreement does not grant any right under law 24.557, amended by laws 26.773 and 27.348.
