Labor law amendment. Awaiting for the bill
Although the final amendment of the bill has not been known yet, market suggests the bill pursuit labor modernization in order to increase productivity and it would include:
- Dynamic wages
- Group or bank of working hours and compensation with time off or temporary reduction of working hours.
- Individual company -union agreement.
- Division of annual leave, among others.
