Interest rate reduction in case of work related accidents.
The Supreme Court of Justice of the City of Buenos Aires ruled that, in the event of a workplace accident, compensation will be adjusted considering a lower interest rate named RIPTE and as from the date the claim is filed. Ripte index takes in account salaries subject to contributions to the Argentine Pension System.
