Lack of labor registration. Damages.
The presiding judge granted compensation for wrongful dismissal and regarding plaintiff´s lack of registration, awarded full compensation for damages resulting from clandestine employment relationship. The amount is almost equivalent to abolish fines under Articles 8 and 15 of Law 24.013.
